Collection: Mini Cakes
Our Mini Cakes are perfect for those small gatherings and celebrations and can feed approximately 6-8 people. All of the cakes on this page can be pre-ordered for collection from the Ellese Bakes shop on Branford Road in Caister on Sea. Simply click an image below to start your order, you can then choose your preferred collection date and time at the checkout stage.
Please note, our collection calendar at the checkout stage is updated in real time, so if a date is not available on the calendar, then it means we are fully booked on that day. Our cakes last up to 5 days in the fridge (uncut), so if your desired date isn’t available, then picking up your cake in the days leading up to your event is totally fine and won’t impact the quality of your cake.
