Celebrate the festive season with Ellese Bakes. Our 2025 Christmas range features a selection of freshly baked indulgent treats, perfect for sharing with family and friends. Choose from brownie stacks, blondie stacks, whole sponges, cheesecakes, grazing boxes, cookie trays, and traditional yule logs — each made to order and finished to the highest standard.

Collection only: No local delivery available during the Christmas period

• Early collection (8:00 – 10:00am) – £3 additional charge

• Standard collection (11:00am – 5:00pm)

• Late collection (5:00 – 8:00pm) – £3 additional charge

Wednesday 24th December (Christmas Eve)

• Early collection (8:00 – 10:00am) – £3 additional charge

• Standard collection (11:00am – 3:00pm)

Please note: The shop will close at 3:00pm on Christmas Eve and reopen in the new year.

We recommend booking early, as Christmas availability is limited and once we reach capacity, orders will close.

Customers may amend their order any time up until Thursday 18th December by contacting us via email at admin@ellesebakes.com. After this date, all orders are final and cannot be changed.

Elf Cupcakes

Collections for this are Saturday 29th November. Your cupcake will be fine for Monday 1st December if kept in the box supplied at room temperature.
