Transport Instructions for Birthday Cakes & Stacked Cakes

  • Transport Flat: Always transport cakes on a flat surface, such as the boot or footwell of your car.
  • Temperature Control: Keep the air conditioning on.
  • Drive Carefully: Avoid sharp turns or sudden braking to protect the cake’s structure.

Storage Instructions for Birthday Cakes & Stacked Cakes

  • Before Cutting:

    • Store in the fridge until ready to serve.
    • For the best taste, allow the cake to reach room temperature before serving.
    • Consume within 5 days of collection.

  • After Cutting:

    • Store leftover cake in an airtight container to keep it fresh.
    • Do not put the cake back in the fridge once it has been cut, as this can dry it out.
