£8 per person plus VAT
Minimum 40 guests

Includes everything in the Standard table, plus:

  • Premium cheeses

  • Enhanced charcuterie selection

  • Additional savoury items

  • Fuller, more abundant table styling

🍴 What Is a Grazing Portion?

A grazing portion is a substantial individual share of the table, designed so that every guest is catered for when the graze is spread across the event.

Each grazing portion typically includes a little of everything, such as:

  • A selection of artisan breads and crackers

  • Cheese

  • Cured meats 

  • Savoury bites (for example sausage rolls or similar)

  • Accompaniments such as olives, dips, chutneys, fruit and antipasti

Rather than being served as individual plates, all portions are displayed together as a shared table, allowing guests to help themselves naturally throughout the event.

🚚 Delivery, Set-Up & Stand Hire:

  • Delivery is charged at 55p per mile (round trip) from our Caister-on-Sea shop

  • Set-up and travel time is charged at £17 per hour

  • Stand hire is always included with a £55 refundable deposit:

    • Minimum 2-day hire

    • Stands can be returned in-store, or we can collect (additional fee may apply for venues further afield)

We cover events up to 60 miles from our Caister-on-Sea shop.

  • Minimum booking: 40 guests

  • We are not a free-from kitchen (full allergy info provided)

  • Food can be displayed for up to 4 hours, in line with UK food safety guidance
