  • Refunds requested are subject to a 25% non-refundable deposit fee when orders are paid in full.
  • Deposits are non refundable. But can be transferred. 

2. Deposit Transfer:

  • Your initial deposit fee can be transferred to secure a new date if needed.

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

4. Refund Processing Time:

  • Refunds will be processed promptly upon approval.

  • For events cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., venue closure), we will work with you to find a suitable solution, which may include rescheduling or a full refund.
